My contractor goes through McCray to get his windows and I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company when my new window showed up scratched. Over a 5 month period I had to deal with 3 different employees (after the 2 I was working with wouldn't return phone calls and ultimately quit) and I still don't have a replacement window. Latest employee told me to deal directly with the manufacturer who also won't return phone calls. Hard to believe that anyone has to compromise and settle for a damage window instead of wasting my time calling companies that won't return phone calls and taking time off work only to constantly have damaged product delivered. Avoid at all costs.
