After trying almost a dozen places and stores, I found these guys. Surprisingly, few places sell the parts for the very same windows they sell. I spoke with Kim and she was rather helpful and prompt with my order. She provided the stock number for me to see the exact part on their website and I picked it up a couple hours later. They are nice and local (45min drive for me but it was worth it).
I’m impressed with there customer service and support!! I’m not a door guy but I’m helping my retired Veteran friend that lives behind us and Rory was a pleasure to work with!! Very knowledgeable and patient with my not knowing what I needed!! Cristina (I think that is her name?) was awesome also!! Thanks everyone for leading me in the right direction!! SCAM CITY! PSA !! I would not shop from here if I were you. Some of the parts they sell are legit name brand. But a lot are knock offs and they still charge full price plus some.nnHalf the employees are nice and helpful and the other half are awful rude and dishonest humans.
