We have been to this location twice since the $5 Nacho Box came out and both times we have received stale chips. We have been to other locations and have never had issues with the chips. Lastnight, our box had a clump of beans and nearly no other toppings. The chicken we ordered tasted like the oil hadn't been been changed. We stopped here since it was close to home only ro be disappointed.

I had given up on this place after 3 or 4 times in a row of bad service. Stayed away for about a year and got a craving for it one day. To my surprise, the service was good and food was pretty decent. They must of made management changes for the better. Don't know if it will last, but the last 2 or 3 times have been good experiences.

If I could give this taco bell a rating I would give it 0 stars? Why is this not a option. Very rude staff and food is always mixed up with other orders or forgot completly. Only time I havent had issues is when a lady names joanna is working at the window taking orders. This business/ taco in excelsior springs is a scamnnand a joke all together

This taco bell is terrible service, slow orders wrong, and only 1/3 of the amount of food on the items like nearly bare tacos less than half full shells. Keep driving to Luberty or Richmond for wonderful food ,& service

Service and food is terrible. They served me a bean and cheese rice burrito with spoiled cheese sauce. If you want taco bell, it is best to drive to the one in Liberty.
