We have all worked a fast food job once or twice. So I know for a fact you are supposed to toast the bread. Or maybe tell someone before hand that I was going to wait 15 minutes for ice cream and got a cold wrap. They did replace both sandwiches and the wrap. So 3 stars. But so much extra time spent waiting a second time every time I go.

Awful! Last time we were here had to pull forward to wait on our order. 25 min later they came out to ask us what we still needed because they forgot. Tried to give them another chance tonight at about 9pm. They're closed?!?! Their website says 10pm and so does the door. Whats with this place? Who's in charge here? Anyone?

We ordered 3 sandwiches and the place was dead the guy taking our order told us to hang on we did for like 4 minutes he never came back ....I just called to talk to the manager about the surve and they wouldn't even answer the phone but she was telling at the workers saying she didn't want to talk

Nope! Never again! We had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for our food and it didn't even taste that good. Asked for extra sauce and didn't get it.

I rarely eat out because of my diet but when I do I choose Arby's. This Arby's in Excelsior Springs was out of lemonade AND Arby's sauce which...how can you be out of Arby's sauce?!?!?! Gyro was decent. Fries were on the lukewarm side. Tea was fine.
