I’ve been here many times and each visit I have excellent service, as well as, delicious food! Our family loves dining in, or having carry out! The shakes are always made very well. Simon is an awesome friendly employee which is what keeps us coming back! Thanks!!

The food was really good. We sat in the parking lot to eat. The food was hot and we had 3 orders and they sacked each one in a different sack to go. We will definitely go back soon.

We just had an order delivered and for the first time we’re not entirely pleased with it. We ordered three burgers and the only problem with them was that two of them had too much mayonnaise and one of them didn’t have enough. Other than that they were good. The problem was the fries. We ordered two little fries and one little Cajun fry. We ordered the little fries because there is usually an over abundance of fries with your order. Not this time. The two regular little fries were literally just fries in the little cup. Not overfilled and no extra in the bag… Just the little cup. My daughter ordered the little Cajun fry, which was in a separate bag, and she had more fries in her one order then we had in our two orders. Honestly, we got more ketchup than fries. And to pay $3.47 for an order of fries the size of what is probably equivalent to a small McDonald’s fry is ridiculous!nWe are usually extremely pleased with our orders from Five Guys, but this time was really disappointing.

Generally the quality and quantity of food from the Liberty location is above par, and well worth the money. Recently they have raised prices and seemingly reduced the size of their fries. Generally there is more than anyone needs (fries in the bag and cup), but the last 2 orders from them have barely filled the cup. I don't mind paying more for the quality of their products, but I do mind paying more and getting less.
