Clayton was on time and wearing a mask! We are older with health issues and appreciate the care shown by mask wearing. We were impressed with the camera view of the heat exchanger! Clayton explained what we were seeing and we discussed options. He supplied replacement filters and left us a thoughtful gift of promotional items from Larson. Great company and exceptional service!
Don was wonderful! He found the problem and replaced the part. Most importantly, he was very informative. Explained everything he was looking for and when the issue was found, showed me the broken part that needed replacing. He also explained how by renewing our maintenance agreement with Larson, I would save money on the part and the after hours visit would cost nothing. I renewed the agreement and will be with Larson for life. I've been with them for years now and have never been disappointed even one time. Wonderful company with wonderful employees that truly care about me and the money that I am spending to keep my home in top running order. Thank you Larson! You are THE BEST!
Thank you Ben for fixing our heater. You were so nice and professional. Explained everything you were doing and what was needed. Also helped get payments arranged with Larson. My father is on a fixed income so I deeply appreciate the help.
My experience was so great, it should probably be a commercial. Short version is: I needed a furnace whisperer to help with an intermittent, non-urgent kind of issue. I called Larson and Drew arrived to my house the same day - the same hour, actually. I felt as if I had called an old family friend to help; Drew was professional, genuine, knowledgeable, kind and extraordinarily helpful. 11/10 would call Larson again.
Trevor was punctual, polite, and seemed to know what he was talking about. We had recently purchased our home and had some concerns about water pressure. He was able to explain why we were having the issues and was able to identify things we could do to correct some of our challenges. Helped me to understand some basic plumbing JJ terms I could understand. Very helpful and will ask for him again as needed.
