United Plumbing helped me prepare for the installation of new appliances by removing an ancient dishwasher and installing updated connections for the new dishwasher. During the prep for new appliances, we discovered that the ice box behind the fridge was faulty. United sent a tech the same day to cut off the line (it was leaking), and disconnect the old fridge. This work was done on short notice, as the new fridge was coming the next morning, and I needed to be able to have the old fridge hauled away as planned. They came back the next week to finish replacing the ice box and connecting the water line to the new fridge. Finally, they replaced the water shut off to the house, as it was not working properly, and moved it to a location that was much easier for me to access. I was impressed with all the techs they sent out (Zane, Tyler, Randy), and with the great service you get when you call in. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, but what I liked most is that they are great problem-solvers. Their costs are reasonable too. I highly recommend United, and already have more work lined up for them.
