Roto Rooter had installed a water purification system for us. When we went to change the filter we couldn't remove the container holding it. Blake was here about 30 minutes after my initial call. The business is that far from our house, so a very timely response. He came & explained we had to release the pressure before it could be removed. He replace the filter for us & didn't charge anything. We need some other plumbing done & will contact him to complete it. Thank you Blake!
Jason did a great job. He came took care of our problem. Installed our clean out for the septic tank, had our tank pumped, installed risers for future maintenance. He did a phenomenal job, very polite and respectful. Would recommend roto rooter for all plumbing jobs.

Start to finish, the company called, Adam arrived, he went to get a part, and was done fixing our water heater in just a hair over 2 hours! The price was fair, too!nWe WILL call them again, and we WILL recommend them to all of our friends!!
Zach was very polite and efficient when he fixed my tub faucet. He had to go get parts from Springfield (which is 30 minutes from me) but came back quickly and had everything fixed within 2.5 hours from the time he first arrived.
