Our food was correct, but when coming to the window the manager was too busy screaming at the little girls at the window to hurry up and counting down how many seconds they have to get our food out for them to even get our sauces correct. They basically threw our food and drinks out and the manager was waving her arms like she was telling us to leave to make sure they met whatever time they needed. I understand when working at fast food their drive thru times are important, but so is customer service.
The staff at this location always go above and beyond to serve their customers. Food is always fresh and hot when ordered. Great customer service!
I haven’t looked at my food but it doesn’t matter. There was a young lady who took our order and greeted us at the window, what an amazing girl. She was friendly and fun! I wish more people had her wonderful presence. Her name is Naya.nShe ended with Okeedoke artichoke. Thanks for making our night a little brighter.
Nice people had to ask them to remake order though because it was Cold
Because when I order a beef n cheddar it means I want dang cheddar and hardly none on it! It also means I want my dang beef and not just a taste of it to where I'm eating nothing but bread!!!!!!
