I would not recommend this company, I work for they for almost a year. The people that I worked with like to take short cuts or even cheat tne customer. When you report them nothing happens. The equipment is old and broken you don't know if its going to work half the time. And as for the IICRC is for tile only not for hardwood or carpet. Just so you know.

I was highly impressed with my entire experience with American Heritage. From speaking with Ed on the phone to completion, I was very impressed. Ed gave me a bid over the phone within $15 of the final cost. Braden and Bryant were very polite and professional when they came to my door and called before they came. We did a walk through, they were here for hours thoroughly cleaning, and then walked me through again. 5 stars for sure!
American Heritage did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and tile. Scheduling was easy. The crew lead person was very specific on the pricing and time for which the job would take.
