I took a huge down comforter, a coat and a white blazer to be dry cleaned here as a first time visitor. I wanted to try this Lloyd's due to their reviews. My coat came out fine, but my blazer was white when it went in and now is completely ruined to an old grey looking color now. It makes me so sad and I wasn't going to write a review, but I wanted to let anyone know to help. Very upset they did not let me know or try to resolve this. My order cost over $60 which I paid and felt betrayed to find my ruined blazer. I will not return.

The Lloyd's Dry Cleaners Ozark location is always super friendly and very professional. Lloyd's does an excellent job with my suits and dress clothes; I have never had any issues with any of my delicate clothes shrinking or being damaged in anyway. I would highly recommend the Ozark location as they are very quick, efficient, and very cost effective.

I don’t know of a better (local) Dry Cleaner's I could recommend. They have a great staff, good strong leaders as management team, and are above and beyond ready to please their customers in a professional manner. Lloyd’s Cleaners in Ozark also offers a fantastic rewards membership and great discounts to save throughout the month! Ask to be added to the email list to receive monthly calendar of discounts and specials...it’s a great way to save more $$!!... and what’s even better... I can’t say I’ve had any (major) issues take place or any clothes damages. If I did have a small issue it was quickly resolved and rectified to satisfaction. In general, I have high expectations with places I do business with, and I’m proud to say Lloyd’s have never disappointed me yet! Everything you want in a dry cleaner! When I need it in a pinch, they always come through. They are organized, fast, they back up their work, and they do a great job. They always make you feel appreciated when you come in. I would recommend to anyone making these guys your regular cleaner.

I have been using Lloyd’s Cleaners for clothes and comforters for months now, and they always do a really good job. I have never had a problem with pieces of clothing not being cleaned properly or anything like that. The Ozark staff is great as well, each one is very respectful and professional! Latisha is a awesome manager and is always making sure her customers are being taken care! Go to Lloyd’s if you want your clothes done right.
