My food was good. It took forever to get my food though. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They just didnt have it together with fulfilling orders.
I love the food at Arby's. My favorite is the beef and cheddar sandwich but when I go out of my comfort zone and try something different, I always like it. And I like the curly fries too.
Went through the drive thru, placed my order and asked for a couple of shakes. They informed me that their shake machine wasn’t working. Ok, no big deal. So I went to the window and paid, and I realized I still needed a couple drinks. I asked the guy at the window if he could ring me up at the window and he said, “nah, I’m not gonna do that.” He handed me my food and shut the window. When I called the store to talk to the manager, he said, “oh no, that doesn’t sound like my guy, couldn’t have been. “
Today I went in the Drive-Thru at 5:40 p.m. and I left at 6: 10pm. I was only the fourth car in line and I had a two behind me. I do not know why it took them so long but I watched 10 cars drive away. I was very disappointed because when I got my food my fries were cold and my sandwich was decent but not the best. This is my first time coming to Arby's and I will not be back.
The curly fries were cold our order was late getting to us people who came in long after us were served first and futher more we will never go there again
