Love the staff, and who doesn't love Taco Bell!! Sometimes they forget our sauce, but that is why I always keep the extras at home. They use to be out of something every day. They have definitely improved on ways to prevent that from happening! I am impressed with their improvements!
I had to post after the third time in a row ordering and receiving not up to par food. The workers are always nice and pleasant, they serve quickly, and the order hasn't been the wrong item....but the food has not been good. It was dry 2/3 times and sadly put together all 3. The worst was the 5 layer burrito--I posted--which was about 1/3 the size of every other Taco Bell in the nation, and half tortilla. Also there werent any beans, well maybe one or two.
I regularly stop buying some food in this place. I loved the prompt customer service and well cooked dishes. Highly recommended.
The only thing my kids will eat, is a cheesy roll up. They literally were cold, non melted cheese and folded not rolled. If I could give less than a star I would. I did an online order, waited 10 minutes for Un cooked food. Tried calling and got the fax number.....
I've ordered from this taco bell in Pleasant Hill, MO 2 times & both times they messed my order up & cheated me out of money. I won't be going back to this taco bell. Not worth it, if the food was a little better I wouldn't mind but it ain't the best!!
