K Jett came out to run a camera after a previous company had said I had a severe hole in my main line. Anthony went ahead and jetted the line for us and then ran the camera and advised that the line actually looked great and didn't have a severe hole in the line, saving us thousands of dollars. This is the second time we have used K Jett, and they have always treated us great. Anthony is professional, knowledgeable, and great to talk to. We will always use K Jett in the future because of Anthony.
Never came back out even after promising to do so for weeks. Would not recommend to anyone.nn*Update. They did send someone out after I left this review. They did give me good advice and the tech was full of good info and very friendly. So 4 stars instead of 5 for less than good scheduling on thier part. Otherwise, good interaction. *
Basement bathroom floor wet from main line backup. Several towels were used to mop up the water. The following morning tech arrived. After seeing the floor full of sopping wet towels, he advised a water test would still be necessary. To do so, he had me run water in the upstairs tub and flush toilet.This resulted in a flooding of the basement bathroom and adjoining store room, with water seeping out on the basement carpet. I dumped over 30 gallons of sucked up water from our Shop-Vac. The tech first seemed unconcerned and even commented his job was not to do clean up. He did finally assist in the cleanup. With the saturated towels laying on the bathroom floor, I fail to see why a water test was necessary. In addition, this should have been done from the basement bathroom, thereby allowing a faster response to turn off the water. I called the company that afternoon to report the situation. I have not heard back from them.
We just had K Jett Services out at our house this morning to help us with a slow drain on our kitchen sink. David was our technician and he was absolutely top notch. He was a genuine, nice guy and knocked out the problem pretty quickly. The next issue we have we will definitely be requesting David. Thank you again! Abby & Vince
Was told by another company that all of the sewage pipes in our yard would need to be replaced, costing over 10k. Anthony came out and cleared our pipes of the roots, and told us that after that was done, it all looks good, and no pipes need to be replaced at all. He was also punctual, and very easy to talk to. Will definitely be using K Jett again in the future!
