We placed an order online today at 12pm. An Italian Melt and Sweet Onion Teriyaki. Neither sandwich was correct. The toppings were switched the sauces were on the veggies and meat the Teriyaki sauce was squirted heavily on the plan chicken to the point the bread was soggy half way thru. We like subway but not this one.the workers should stick to the script and make it how its supposed to be made and not how they feel because the sandwichs were definitely made the way some one else liked them.
Very awesome lady works here. They call her Miss Candy. She knows what customer service is all about. I hope everyone in this store appreciates what you have. All subways could learn a lot from her. Thanks for making my visit great
They refused to let us choose our toppings on the slider sandwich, so we refused to buy them. We sat down to eat a sandwich we purchased from Walmart and were asked to leave. Two tables away a young lady sat drinking a bottle of water she also purchased from Walmart, also without any purchase from Subway, but was not asked to leave. We asked the employee to explain and we were told that we couldn't eat there and that the young lady 2 tables over was drinking, not eating. It was a very unprofessional handling of a situation that needed no interaction.
Friendly staff and quick service.
Employees are fantastic here. They always greet me when I walk in. While taking my order they are so friendly and start conversation with me. The food is always great too!
