Haven't ate here in a few years, but had no issues when decided to today. Employee was super polite, and very thorough. Food was exactly right (& it was a large order for several people, so I was really surprised nothing was forgotten or messed up) & essentially fresh (mozzarella sticks were blah). Employee also took time to double check if anything was needed before handing the bag out. So 9/10.

Past experiences were good at this location. My latest experience resulted in an experience that will make us never return to this location. 35+ min in the drive through, 20 min of which was after ordering and just waiting. They forgot our drink so I went inside to ask for it. The manager on duty just kept asking me how I got in and refused to ask what was wrong or what I needed. Finally one of the tellers was nice and asked what was wrong with our order. Mean while, the manager just stood at the door trying to get me to leave. The manager was extremely rude and has no business running a restaurant. 35 min in a drive through for 3 cars in line...... Needless to say I will not be going to this location ever again.

Ordered with a coupon and waited about 10 minutes in line only to have them tell me at the drive-thru that my coupon expired on 10/10. I never saw an expiration on the coupon. So I couldn't afford to pay over $12 and I left hungry and they were talking as I left about just throwing the two double beef sandwiches in the trash. REALLY!! They would rather throw out hot fresh food instead of just honoring the coupon..

I celebrated my PhD today in this delicious restaurant. Well we passed a brilliant evening and the restaurant was evidently the reason for this fruitful event. The team helped in a very nice way, the cuisine was great and my guests were so happy. We shall surely return for more events. thanks very much.
