My wife and I recently purchased a home in a new development, We dealt with Katie Walters and it was a pleasant experience. Katie went above and beyond helping us to close on the house as we had some hiccups. Any time we needed a document signed, fixed or just filed out all together, she and her team was on top of it. My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Katie to purchase a new home. We bought a home in a new development prior to construction and Katie guided us throughout the whole process. I don't even know where to start with all the good things I could say about Katie. She was incredibly helpful and always responded to our questions and concerns immediately. I know we weren't always the easiest people to work with, but she took everything in stride, was always professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our new home. I highly recommend Katie and would definitely use her again if the need arises!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Holly Riggins to find and purchase our first house! She was incredibly patient with our multitude of questions, and we found her to be quite knowledgeable above and beyond what you would expect from any realtor. During the process of trying to find a home here in the Watford City area, my wife and I started to feel the pressure of not being able to find something that best fits our needs. I am not originally from here and moved here with my wife and first son in July 2016. We worked with Paul Ficara during the long process and he was able to make the decision a whole lot less stressful. He walked us through many properties as well making sure we understood the entire process of buying a home. I was very impressed with his knowledge of real estate in general as well as the local market. The Remax team is highly involved in the process of buying and selling your home and I highly recommend working with them
