Absolutely awful experience at this location. Took our blanket in to get it cleaned, had a few spots that we knew they probably wouldn’t be able to get out. However, when we went to pick it up there were yellow streaks going down both sides of our $300 down comforter. We left it there so the manager could take a look at it and not only was she rude and unprofessional, but, she lied and told both me and my boyfriend different things. She told us that she would call us the following day, but never heard from her. I just understand how you run a business with such horrible customer service. Thanks to Sandy, (i believe that was the managers name) We will never drop our dry clean items at Pride Cleaners again.

Great experience! Courtney came outside to my van to get my items so I didn’t have to take my baby out of her car seat. You don’t see that level of customer service very many places any more. I will definitely be back!

I didn’t have a bad experience but it wasn’t great either. We just can’t get jeans starched how we like them but I think it’s due to the area. If you like your jeans starched find a more rural cleaners. Pride is good for 90% of your needs though! Every time I’ve gone in the staff is always kind and helpful.

I went in for 5 white Tshirts and a white coat that needed laundering. I was told the White coat would be dry cleaned and it would be cheap for the 5 tshirts to be washed and fold serviced because they charge per pound. I was told they’re very light so it would only be a few dollars at most. ....... my white jacket was so dingy when I got it back it is noticeable against all other whites now. It had never been washed and only worn two times prior to me taking it in for a freshen up.nnIt was triple what I was told upon retrieval of my items, and when I asked why the worker at no idea. Then they called back and someone else tried to convince me there was a sign (the first girl and I looked for any clues that would indicate why my bill was so high, and I have a picture of the one shelf in the building). She said the sign on the shelf told me that the minimum was 8lbs or something so that’s why I got charged for. I have a picture of a shelf with no sign! And charged for 8lbs of laundry for 5 tee shirts?nnI never got a call back from a manager and I called three times after when no manager was there. I bought the $25 yearly membership for a “discount” and still ended up paying a ton of money on my first visit for 6 items. I requested a load of wash/fold for free since I had nowhere near 8lbs and they just told me no and there’s nothing they can do because they don’t make their own prices. (But can quote them at the register somehow).nnMy shirts were also returned extremely wrinkled and I had to iron each one individually which was more work than if I had just washed and dried at home to fold immediately.nnHighly disappointed in the customer service there.

Very displeased! Damage my jacket by melting the detail trim on the lapel. I ask before I left my clothes if they could clean them properly . Stains were left on my other items, even though I was told they prespot clothes. Nothing was done about it. The clerk McKinsey was very disrespectful and tried to avoid talking to me. Her response was if I send them back they will look the same. I am calling the headquarters.
