Ginnings plumbing is outstanding on every front. We use them for all our investment properties and personal home. The office staff, plumbers and owner all showed extraordinary care to our recent basement project. They were on schedule with work, flexible with changes to our plans and followed up to see if we were completely satisfied. I can not adequately expressed with words how happy we are with Ginnings Plumbing Services. Obviously we highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.
Our sump pump battery backup quit working, along with our sump pump, at the same time. We found Kevin Ginnings Plumbing Service via Google, called them and they sent Randy and Matt a few hours later. They were able to replace and install the new sump pump that afternoon and came back the next morning to install the water powered backup system. Both Randy and Matt were professional and made it easy for me to understand the issue and offered me an array of solutions + pricing. The pricing was extremely fair, the work was professional and timely and Randy and Matt turned us into a household that will continue to use Kevin Ginnings Plumbing Service when needed.
I really appreciated Randy and Caleb's professionalism and honesty. I thought a faucet was leaking, but with a cleaning and explanation, I am satisfied. The toilet has been fixed and they put some chalk on the sink overflow that my grandson kept playing with!
They were prompt and took care of everything we asked them to do. They were friendly and did excellent work. The parts guy came and delivered the parts needed even though he'd just gotten home to relax. We will definitely call them again when we have plumbing needs.
