Excellent experience! Fantastic customer service & went above and beyond in the old house we are restoring. Mold and consequently the old house smell completely removed safely and quickly. I feel like we are walking into a brand new house. Well worth the investment in our property that we desperately wanted to salvage but we didn't know where to start.

This group did an immaculate job of cleaning my house immediately after our house fire. It smelled like a campfire on every level and every room before they started, inside my air ducts too. The smell was extremely potent. They cleaned walls, blinds, vacuumed ceilings, steam washed garage floors, every corner and crevasse was cleaned to ensure no smoke contaminant was left on any dust, cobwebs, or dirt, which seems to contain the smell unless removed.nThey arrived the day of the Fire on a weekend and came in right away with multiple large machines called air scrubbers to clean the smoky and unhealthy smelling air through the house and left them in the house for weeks to work. They were here day in and day out with large crews tediously cleaning every inch to delete the horrible smell.nI have cameras in my house so I was able to see all their hard work firsthand. While my wife and I were at work, their crews would work in my house 8 hours a day for over 2 weeks to get our house smelling and feeling as clean as before. Not to mention working around our 100lb black lab the entire time because she is a house dog, but she loved it!nGreat management from RC heading the way and fantastic team leads, Specifically Jordan K. And all the others who led the way, it was a valiant team effort and was comforting to know you all were working hard for us in a difficult time while we had to be away.
