I had my Tahari King Sized Comforter cleaned. They have me a huge discount for being a first-time customer and was very pleasant and professional at intake. They told me exactly when to expect to pick up my item and it was ready as promised. When I called in before pickup, the associate was efficient in letting me know that the credit card system was down, so I was prepared to pay with cash. She was very apologetic, but the issue was beyond Hangars’ control. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them. Their establishment clean and tidy and well organized.
My cleaners of 5+ years closed so decided to stay in the neighborhood and drop off with Hangers. I've gone now 3 times and each time entered into a disagreement with the attendant over my request to launder vs. dry clean; I prefer to follow the garment labels. This last visit included 5 shirts for launder - per their label. They came back dry cleaned (citing type of fabric, etc.) and an additional $22 bill. I was shocked and disappointed. Although the quality was good, it's just too much hassle. I'll drive 5 mi. to have them done per the label. Not going back.
Had several skirts, shirts, and a dress dry cleaned. They did a great job on everything!
Brought in 3 pair of pants (to be hemmed) on a Friday. Estimated turn around was one week. They were ready Monday afternoon! Thank you for the speedy service, it was greatly appreciated!
I get dry cleaning here and dress shirts laundered never a problem. The lady that does the alterations is absolutely great. Been using thim for years.
