The ladies working tonight were polite, provided quick service, and professional. My family ordered multiple sandwiches and all were made perfectly. They had smiles on their faces and it was truly an enjoyable experience because of the amazing staff. This was my first time in this particular store(carrollton) and I will definitely be going back!

It was really good. They were a bit behind though but I think that's only because they had to take they're breaks so 1 was stuck doing online and in-store orders but they dod amazing juggling things. :D only think I did not appreciate was we were there to get the 2 for $5 deal and they did not tell us that they were not doing the nationwide deal after we had already had our sandwiches made. Though we did not ask specifically about it, I'm pretty sure they had to of overheard us talking about it loudly because my family is not quiet lol

I missplaced an online order before i was done i called the storefor ten minutes the phone kept getting answered amd hung up when i pulled up the employee was on they're cell phone rude and unprofessional when asking to cancel my order it was the worst restaurant experiences in my life I've been trying to contact a human for a complaint this subway is consistently rude unprofessional and something needs to be done if there was an easier way to get ahold of corporate you'd hear many complaints from our community this restaurant does a disservice to your franchise

It's good depending on who's working, there's one lady who always has a bad attitude, and throws the sandwich together as fast as she can with the goal to get you out of there so she can sit down and scroll through her phonenn1/5 starsnnThe cookies are good tho
