The service and communication were awesome. The receptionist/dispatcher was polite and informative. The technicians showed up early, but made sure to check with me that it was ok and I was home. They explained the options and prices, were wearing their masks when I opened the door, and completed the job quickly and cleanly. While I hope I don't need to call them again, I won't hesitate to use them.
What a great company! Have hired them any time we run into a plumbing issue and they never disappoint with being professional and efficient. Will did great work at our home and discovered something we were not even aware of - saved us from a potential future issue! He took his time to make sure we were aware of the tests he was running and why. He even took a look at bathrooms we’d like remodeled and explained how they could assist when needed. Kathy was also so pleasant to deal with! Keep up the great work!
Needed help with installation of a faucet. David & Nick team came out quickly, worked efficiently and were very professional and kind. Can’t beat their price either. Would recommend Elliott’s team and will use them next time we have a plumbing issue arise.
This is by no means an objective review. My family owned and operated Roto-Rooter for 40 years until my Dad's passing in 2019. We could not be more pleased with how Will and company have operated since taking over. We have personally used them to unclog some our main sewer lines and bathrooms and everything was handled with the excellence, quality and friendliness that has been associated with Roto Rooter.
Roto-Rooter is a great business and I will continue to use them. Will was my technician and he had the available time to fix multiple projects that needed maintenance done and he tended to all my issues in the same day. I am very please and satisfied with their services.
