I love taco bell. I do wish they wouldn't have done away with the crunch wrap. That was my favorite
There food menu doesn't have much to choose from like it used to. All the prices are to high. I used to love eating here bc it was good food for cheap. It's not like that anymore.
This is the 1st time I have ever been so displeased with this Taco Bell. The lady at the window was very cold and not personable. I drove home to eat with family and found that ALL of the crunchy tacos were so busted or broken that we couldn't hold them as normal. And all of our mini chicken Quesadillas were mainly bread and very little chicken, cheese, and Chipotle sauce. They need to go back to the original mini chicken quesadillas that were less bread, folded over, FULL of insides, and served in hot foil. Come on guys. You can do better than this.
So for today's experience I went through the drive-through at 12:45 a.m. and ordered 2 burritos and a sweet tea. Was told they were out of sweet tea necause it was expired and apparently they didn't want to make anymore. The restaurant doesn't close till 3:00 a.m. My personal belief is that if you're going to advertise something on your menu should have that item to provide to a custom for. I might seem like a small thing but it goes back to customer service.
