I have been a regular/loyal customer since the day it was open. Unfortunately, I am very unsatisfied with the service lately. It has extremely long wait time, that is even if you call an hour ahead, you still have to wait for pick up. No one answers the phone during peak hours. They don't take the effort to honor frequent/loyal customers with discount cards. And when you ask for it, they just commented they were out and do not make the effort to follow up or please their customers. I truly believe that they need more staff and if there was another similar restaurant open in this area, I will stop coming here. Food taste good, but sometimes that is not enough.

Excellent food. Very flavorful. Maybe its the type of cuisine, but a little slower on prep time. Staff is so nice and helpful. Very nice experience and always the same.

The crispy rolls isn't the authentic Vietnamese rolls we have back in Los Angeles. The rest of the food seems to be good. We had Phô tonight, probably be back for other stuff. So far 4 stars
