4/17/2020nI continue to use Servepro first because they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I have used them for three projects in the past two years with flawless service. Also they sent me a hand written note of thanks and called me to make sure I was satisfied. They cleaned my couch which unknown to me when I purchased it could not be steam cleaned, but chemically cleaned. Secondly my entire home flooded and ruined my hardwood floors, they worked with my insurance to make sure everything was done professionally, promptly and perfectly! Third due to my allergies they told me about how important cleaning my ducts were. I was shocked at how affordable it was and what a difference it made in my home. They also did food donations to our community via COVID-19, and their staff volunteers in community outreach. I highly recommend them.

With all that's going on with COVID-19 I have referred a few of my client's to SERVPRO to get their homes or businesses cleaned from being infected with the virus. (FYI if your commercial facility has been affected, look to see if your commercial insurance policy will cover the expense so you can get back to work ASAP.) Their quick to respond staff made contact with my friends/colleagues in need and offered information, assistance, quotes and even followed through with their speedy service and cleaned their space within a week or two with their educated and trained staff to clean contaminated COVID-19 spaces. I look forward to working with them on other everyday carpet/rug cleaning, post construction and fire damage projects in the future and plan to refer additional business to them in the future.
