Great company, 5 star review! Requested a technician Sunday and an appointment was setup for the following morning, talk about fast! Blake was in and out in under 2 hours, providing a quote, then replacing our water heater and running a water line to our fridge. Quick & easy! We were setting in the cold with due to an electrical issue. I called Honest Abe's this morning expecting to get an appointment for some time this week however they sent over Blake Fryer to work on it that same day. He was professional, curious and above all confident in his work. He solved the problem quickly and my house is warming up again as I type. I would definitely refer anyone to this service.

I had previously contacted some other plumbing companies the last couple of months and was very disappointed as I either got no call backs or my very corrosive hot water tank had not even been addressed! I had seen a current, outstanding review online for Honest Abe, so I called. Honest Abe deserves more than 5 stars in my book!! The initial call I spoke with Donna. A very polite and effective listener. That same day Blake Fryer, Technician was knocking on my door! Wow just wow! Due to my work schedule, 3 days later that same week Blake Fryer got the job done in 2 hours and I had the most corrosive hot water tank ever! Blake is very hard working, professional, knowledgeable, respectful, thorough, and customer satisfaction guaranteed! Throughout this short process, I received text messages and reminder phone calls! I have a few more plumbing projects and I know Honest Abe will treat me right! Very Poor! Hired them to move a drain for our new shower and they spent the whole time trying to sell my disabled mother on a water heater for thousands of dollars, charged me $441 for a 10 minute job that was wrong, now I have had to call 3 times today to get an answer as to when I can get them out here to fix the job they were originally hired to do. They seem to be pros at trying to sell you overpriced services when they cant move a simple drain. Many others at the lake, beware on this one.nnAdded note! They came out and fixed their mistake... the manager said they had notes that they had it in the wrong location but they still made me pay $49 to fix their mistake?? What?? Said because we signed off on it we had to pay to fix it. So let me get this straight, you move a drain to the wrong location, write it in the paperwork it's in the wrong spot, but because we signed the paperwork without actually going up and measuring the location you are making us pay even more money?? Talk about DISHONEST ABE!!

Amazing people, really nothing else I could say. The first visit was for a busted water soften on a Saturday night and they had people out with-in an hours.nnSecond visit was to replace a pressure tank Tim Woody saw was going bad and damn was that tank rusted on the bottom.nnPolite, honest, and to the point kind of people. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone.
