We tried to patronize this small business, but upon buying a pump and seeing a better version of the same pump for $200 cheaper at another local, small business we attempted to return the pump or have them price match. Bowling refused to help us in anyway, return policy not indicated on the receipt and were flat out rude. I think they enjoy price gouging and we will not be visiting again.
Bought a pump for dock and a week later decided to do something different. Wouldn't yake the pump on return or give refund. No where did they say no returns or anything. Way overpriced and even worse customer service.
This company lacks the capacity, facility, and empathy to properly test even a simple de-icer under load, and then fails to honor the warranty while blaming the customer and his contractors. I will do everything I can to never go back, ever!
Great folk! Tested a few things for me. Very knowledgeable.
Service was terrific. Staff was very knowledgeable, and helpful. Went above and beyond to help us out. Prices are good, and they are well stocked. Will definitely be where we go for our electrical needs.
