I have now used Virtual Plumbing twice over a 2 year period. I have been very impressed with Tiffaney (if I remember her name correctly) who answers the phone. She is always very nice, attentive and responsive to my needs. I have also been very impressed with both of the guys who have come to my home and done the work. The work was done quickly and professionally. I feel very confident with what they have done. I felt that everything that did was reasonable, and was done at a reasonable price. I have never written a review for a plumber before. They just impressed me enough to get me to do it.

I called them to get an estimate. The women on the phone said she couldn't get a hold of Joe the owner who does the estimated but she would do her best to get a hold of him. First red flag. However when Joe called me about an hour later I figured it happens. I told him my problem and he said he would be at my home by 2pm and would call. I told him I wouldn't be there but gave him my husband number. My husband left work early to be at our house for Joe but he never showed up or called. This left us with no water all night because we needed a waterline repaired. This is some very horrible customer service. Please do not use this company. I can't attest to their workmanship but to treat a customer as such and not even call if you cant show up when you say you can or are is not a company that I feel should work with important problems such as peoples plumbing.
Outstanding service. Lawrence came right out and figured out the problem. Amazing customer service from him and from tiffany in the office. Will definitely be using them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber!!
I found our storage room flooded this morning from our hot water heater so I immediately gave them a call. They were here so quick and had everything fixed (replaced the hot water heater) in less than 3 hours from my call! Our service guy had even left another non emergency job to come help me, so I wasn’t without hot water or water at all for that matter while having 2 babies at home with me. A flooded room is never fun but I had the most pleasant experience from start to finish getting it fixed! 10 stars!
