Well my husband went to get supper tonight and after he got home I was so disappointed! We always toast our sandwiches but our meat & cheese were cold and I had RAW bacon on my sandwich so I had to microwave my sandwich to melt my cheese and cook my bacon! Also my white sandwich bread was falling apart in my hands as if it had been handled several times! I can’t say it enough... if you want consumers to support your business especially with what’s going on right now then you better deliver awesome food! We will not eat at the Holts Summit, Mo Subway ever again or any other Subway for that matter!!!
We've had ordered online twice now and both times it's been great service, food fresh. Didn't have to wait for the food, ready at pickup time.

They toasted my sandwich and still cold
Tonight makes the second time in 2 weeks that we have tried to get a sub at 9:35 and 9:40 and they have been closed at the Holt Summit store, when they are suppose to stay open til 10. Tonight we even went to the door since their was a young guy inside cleaning and he wouldn’t even look up at us. It has 10pm on the door as well as the web site so this is bull that they close almost 30 minutes before they are suppose to.
