I just bought a new house and had the unfortunate experience of inheriting a home in which the person before me had not kept up with septic tank maintenance. There was major sludge buildup and it ended up being a job that took two separate visits to remedy. Green Acres is a very sweet, family owned business who ended up only charging me for one visit and giving me some products that would help prevent this situation in the future at a discount. If you find yourself needing septic tank services this is the place to call hands down. What a wonderful experience!
I have used these folks three times, now. The first time I had a part that needed replacing and they took care of it quickly, at a fair price. The second time my tank needed pumping and they handled that the same way. This time I had a pipe that had frozen and separated in the pump, my sinks were gurgling, etc., and they could have said it was something terrible and charged me a fortune, but they did not. I am beyond pleased at their friendly, honest, and fair service, and I recommend them for anyone with septic system needs.
