Toilet backed up during the weekend, Buds was able to get a technician out in less than an hour after I made the phone call.. Had to pull up toilet and use Super duper snake.. extremely fair pricing communication was top notch. Thanks again
Called buds because my mothers sewer line was completely clogged. Mark came over immediately. He was able to locate the problem and fix it within two hours. Mark did a fantastic job! Highly recommended!
I managed to clog my kitchen sink drain and 4 foot of drain pipe by dumping dry rice down the garbage disposal (take it from me - STOP don't do it). It took numerous snakings, cutting the clogged pipe out to clean it out, replacing it, more snaking and finally that happy moment when it broke loose and the sink drained. Bottom line, I would have given up long before that moment, but Mike and his son never gave up and kept working until my rice fiasco was fixed. I will continue to use Bud Sewer Service for future needs and would not hesitate to recommend this business.
This is by far the best sewer/plumber service we have used. It was so easy to call and schedule an appointment. When they came to our residence they explained exactly what they were doing and what was going on with our drain. They had upfront pricing and the gentleman was very polite and easy to talk with.
I've been a long time customer. Good service. Nice guy. Super helpful. However quoted price and what they charged me was highway robbery. I was quoted $245 over the phone to pump out my septic tank. The guy arrived and told me the actual cost was $395! A 60% increase!! I understand the quoted price was an estimate based on mileage to drive out here.. but come on.. don't bait and switch me. I'm won't be using Bud again.
