The service that I received from Adam was excellent. He was attentive, well informed, and was willing to answer all of my dozens of questions. He worked hard to make sure that we had the best balance of efficiency, cost, and quality. We have had a range of challenges recently and have several people come out, and all have been helpful, professional, and willing to explain their process. I never felt pressured into a decision, and felt that I was given information to make the best choices for us.
I’ve used Rotorooter twice in different homes and have always been happy with their service and process. They’re not the cheapest in town but very knowledgeable and friendly, and I feel like I’m getting what I pay for. This last time around the technicians were absolutely fantastic and it felt like having friends come over and help with a project. My wife and I were very pleased!
Austin was very professional, explained what was happening, and kept us informed of progress. She was Really nice, and it showed she Loves her Job! It sure would be nice if more people would represent their companies like she did Roto rooter. Thanks for the swift same day service and sending such a friendly person.
Chris was very knowledgable and friendly. He took the time to explain the issues and give recommendations on preventative actions to keep pipes functional longterm (as well as advice for updates down the road to update to more modern, efficient plumbing set up and materials—our house is nearly 100 years old!). Very polite. Great same-day service!
