Due to certain disabilities I'm not able to wear the mask. I was refused service even after I told them about it. Unfortunately the one that was hurt by this was my 4-year-old son, I was getting him something for breakfast. Thank God for loves truck stop they are some awesome people and treat me and my son like family unlike Arby's!
Arby's is always good. Especially traveling. Truck stop food gets old. The staff here was quick and very pleasant. And it was super busy. We got our food fresh and fast.
Cheddar Roast beef sandwich is always great! Reason for 3 stars is this arbys location is not very clean. Cobwebs/spider webs on the window panes, and the trash is over flowing. Bench closest to drive thru lane is very filthy. Food was good but bad housekeeping.
I was not told they were out of sweet potato fries and instead charged and given potato cakes. They are definitely not the same and not what I wanted. I waited in the drive through to correct the situation but noone saw me so I pulled back around through the drive through. I asked what these potato cakes were and asked for a ton of sauce. The man handed me a half bag FULL of sauce and did nothing about the unwanted cakes other than explain that they were potato cakes. I can't really complain, as I did say a TON of sauce. Overall I'd say it was a miscommunication through the speaker box and I'd give em another shot.
So mask are required. Ok no problem. But you have a young lady standing behind the counter taking orders and handing out food without a mask. Bragging that she has a note from her doctor. Well how about a FACE SHIELD!!!
