I enlisted the help of Musser's Cleaning & Restoration this week to have my carpet cleaned. I had the pleasure of meeting a Musser's technician as he was performing a job across the street from my residence. I asked him about the process and decided to call the office to schedule service for my carpet cleaning. I requested Joe, as he was the gentleman that I had met earlier. I was fortunate that Musser's was able to send Joe out for the job. This gentleman priced the service prior to the cleaning and also explained step by step how his equipment works to extract the dirt and stains from the carpet. I would highly recommend Musser's for all your carpet cleaning needs, and I would especially like to commend Joe for a job well done. He is a great ambassador for the company.

Disorganized would be my take away from my experience with this business. I had called and scheduled a carpet cleaning for a home in St. Joe in which required a 3 hour drive to facilitate the cleaners. I had scheduled over a month in advanced that I needed the 10am - Noon spot due to the long drive and needing to travel back to pick my daughter up from school and this was confirmed and booked. Despite this, the lady called the day before the cleaning telling me my time is Noon-2pm. I explained I had scheduled the earlt morning sessions due to my travel time. The next morning nobody showed, so I called. The young lady said it would be about noon. I went ahead and waited..nobody showed. In fact, the carpet cleaner guy called me at 1:36 pm and said he was on his way. I sais this will not work as I have to leave town as was explained 3 times already to staff. He said he didnt lnow and nobody had told them. So Mussers, you not only wasted my day and gas money for travel, but you also lost my business as well as my family's still living in St. Joe.
