They lost my wedding dress. Now they won’t call me back.nnUpdate:nOnce they saw my review they were quick to respond to it. They were passive aggressive and mentioned my review when they left me a voicemail when they found my dress. Would not recommend.
I took my work wear here for years when I was living in St. Joseph and they always did a great job. The service is always very quick. They just cleaned and preserved my wedding dress--I can't wait to see how it looks when I pick it up from my Mom. I highly recommend Clean Beginnings.
Last week I took in a wool coat that had been in a closet with water damage. I was wondering was done for! When I got it back but was like brand new! Can't ask for more than I got! Great customer service and great work!
