Made an appointment about 4 days in advance...made it crystal clear that I would be coming in for a regular polish pedicure and manicure for myself and for my older daughter and a child service for a six year old that included a polish change for her hands and toes. They confirmed with me three times before hanging up. 👍🏻 I arrived at my appointment time and still had to wait over 15 minutes,🤦‍♀️ the little one didn't get her polish change until after about 50 minutes... so super kudos to her for being very patient.👍🏻 I elected to have what was called a special pedicure for $50 that included heel softener & minimal callous removal with a leg mask. Initially I thought okay this is all right however once he removed the leg mask, I was anticipating a massage with lotion as usual however I didn't get it and since I am new Nevada I am not sure if this is normal practice or not. 🤷‍♀️ I literally thought for this, I could have stayed at home: sat in the bathtub cleaned, up my own cuticles, took that Ped Egg out as I've been doing throughout the stay-at-home order and done a lot better job than what I thought I was paying for. Anyway, my toes were finally painted and we moved on to the manicure. It was a super basic manicure as I'm a nail biter...🤦‍♀️. Nonetheless, he refused to color my nails because he said my nails were too short, but in MY mind that just translated to it's harder to paint short nails so I'm going to opt not to. Instead he cleaned up my cuticles, slapped some lotion onto my arms for a "massage," slapped on a clear coat and the top coat after my request. My older daughter on the other hand was able to get her equally short nails painted however it took forever to dry, it was super bubbly for whatever reason (this was regular polish). By the time we got home and she washed her hands, some polish on her fingernails was already starting to peel off. Aside from everything they did the baby's nails just perfectly. Cleaned up her cuticles, oiled her fingernails and toes, and perfectly painted them. She was pleased to say the least. After all, doesn't take too much to please a 6 year old girl going to get her nails done. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the lady that was there was cleaning up after everyone very thoroughly and at the end of the day they did my baby's nails without an issue, without refusing to color them, and so far the colors still on. However for $105 that's definitely was NOT worth it. I am truly disappointed. I wish I could blame it on the fact that they were crazy busy but we were the only ones there aside from two people that were on their way out when we were arriving. My advice would be to take your hundred dollars and go somewhere else, even if it's just to the beauty supply store or to Walmart and do it yourself. This is definitely very disappointing and I hope to find a better nail salon in my area.

Very clean, welcoming nail salon. Quick replies for booking appointments through the Yelp app. Would recommend this nail salon.

The first 2 times I went it was great this last time the tech wasn't as good. My nails aren't to my liking.
