Stylist was great! The online check in system was a bit frustrating as the time kept getting pushed back, a total of 55 min longer than my original appt time. I called to find out why and they said because 3 people who booked ahead of me hadn't shown up yet. They told me to just come in so I did and only had to wait 5 minutes. This location was very busy and only 2 stylists on a Saturday morning but they were in great spirits and very friendly!
Super easy to get added for a no wait covid safe atmosphere. Kelsie mc c was beyond amazing and because of her, my first time to great clips will become a life time of visits. Thank you great clips for keeping your patrons safer in these trying days and for having staff members that are doing an incredible job from all angles!!

Today was a good day, facility is clean and cool with this heat. Kathryn cut my hair today and she is a very nice lady. Took the time to make sure I was satisfied with my cut. Thats why I keep going back... staff is amazing and super friendly!!
This place is the best. The staff are very friendly and skilled. They go above and beyond and I mean the staff as a whole. I would definitely recommend this spot and will be returning.
