I have been to this taco bell many times and it is always the worst. They had 15 mins until closing at 7 p.m. and would take my order then when i pulled up to the drive thru they were HELPING THEIR SELF TO THE DRINKS AND FOOD AND LEAVING THE STORE BEFORE CLOSE BU THIS TIME THEY HAD TEN MINS LEFT BEFORE 7 P.M CLOSING TIME. AND THEY ALWAYS MAKE ME COME BACK THROUGH TO GET STUFF THEY LEAVE OUT OF MY BAG. BUT THE ONE ACROSS TOWN IS AMAZING. I LOVE IT. BUSINESS LOOP LOCATION IS THE WORST TACO BELL EVER. 0 STARS FROM ME AND I LOVE TACO BELL BUT AFTER THEY GIVE ME THE ONE TACO THEY OWE ME I WILL NEVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Ordered a taco and burrito party pack and employees tried to charge me $18 change for an item that was listed 999 on the drive-through board when I call them or question Him on it... He wanted to argue with me and tell me What I had order was the correct price I Ask for the manager and was informed that he was the manager I informed him I would be calling the local Taco Bell management office the following day he got very angry And informed another employee that she had better deal with me before he goes off and comes through the window after me.... This I took as a threat …Then a very nice polite young woman asked me what was going on I explained to her and she made it right as I was finishing up our transaction another Employee came to the Window and identified himself as the manager and wanted to know what was going on and I told him nothing now that the lady had taken care of me and he pursued to tell me In a threatening disrespectful manner, how I was misbehaving and it wasn't appreciated by him or staff they crammed my entire party pack in a bag and every taco was broken.... I'm just saying be careful when choosing Taco Bell at night on the business loop 70

The Taco Bell at 1421 Cinnamon Hill Ln decided to change their hours. So I had to come to the Taco Bell on the Business Loop. I was pleasantly surprised. Very Courteous staff and my food was hot and fresh!
