I have been sitting in line for nearly 30 minutes which seems to be reoccurring at this location. I have watched four cars pull off from the drive-thru because they didn't want to wait any longer. Outside of that the food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly. I recommend this Taco Bell as long as you're not on a lunch break or in a hurry
They are usually one of the better taco Bells that I patronise. How ever I was missing an item that I clearly paid for and when I went to let them know before I left the window they kinda look at me as if I wasn't telling the truth so I had to open the bag to prove that it was not in their. They then proceeded to provide the taco that I had already paid for and put it in my bag. I usually do not have a problem with that location but it did seem as if they were short staffed that evening because it did take them a little while to bring me my food. However the young man who was working the window did have a pleasant attitude
Hey! Are you looking for somewhere quick and easy to get some food?! Go somewhere else then because you’re better off driving to a location in St Louis and you’ll still get your food faster than sitting in this location’s line. You’ll sit in line with only 4 cars in front of you, but you’ll still wait over 30 minutes to finally get up to the window.nSeriously, though, I do not understand why this location takes so long to get through the line. There were no customers inside the store, but we still managed to wait over 30 minutes for a small order. Eventually, we left in the middle of line because we couldn’t wait any longer. This location needs to get their act straight because this occurs every time. Don’t believe me? Take a look at all the other reviews about the wait in line. Absolutely ridiculous.
Was wanting the Quesoritto but you can no longer order it in store you have to do it through the app. I was having trouble with the app and it wasn't letting me pay so I was frustrated. However, the cashier and manager were really nice and helpful and ended up making it for me anyway. Thank you I really appreciated that.
