Many of the washers are out of order or broken. Same size washers have two different prices. Employees do not wear masks per the ongoing Columbia mask mandate. They also do not enforce the mask mandate for customers. But you can't beat $2 for the only 2 working machines and the free dryers. Also, the bathrooms didn't even have soap. Shout out to Will and Nicole's hand sanitizer wedding favor that was sitting on the bathroom sink for saving my life.
Very good customer service, clean space, friendly staff, and lots of help from their employee Hannah B., an associate who works there.
This place was super clean very nice and the lady at the counter was sweet and very very helpful!
Hannah deserved a raise! She is super helpful❤
Worst laundromat in town. If I could give it zero stars I would. There's no atm on the premises, and when I went to one and got cash, the girl working the counter refused to break the 20 for me. She literally told me she had enough 5 dollar bills to do it, but wouldn't.
