This is the first time I used the Tiger for drycleaning. I thought they might be reasonably priced. That isn't the case. Additionally, they charged me the price of a coat to clean each of my 5 sweaters which is almost double what they charge for sweaters. They fixed the error by refunding me the difference. Good thing I checked the receipt.
I have always received great customer service at this location; however, I had a very different experience today. I arrived 5 minutes before closing. I did have a large order, and I apologized for arriving so close to closing time. I was greeted rudely and told large orders were expected earlier. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Very efficient service. Very courteous
Staff is friendly and I've never had any issues with any of my orders.
Messed up my boy teemos sweater, will not come here again ever.
