I took my jean outfit there to be pressed, when I realized they pressed my jeans flat I called & asked them could I bring them back to be pressed with a crease in my pants because that was how I originally wanted them pressed....the employee told me that I could bring them back and they would be ready rhe next day.....when I went to pick them up the next day they had lost my clothes.....when they finally found them & I went to pick them up they still wasn't pressed correctly & the only thing they could say was sorry for the inconvenience
Great customer service! The staff here are very friendly first time customer and will definitely go back. My sons suit looks amazing.
I have been coming here every Saturday since moving to this area to bring one week’s worth of dirty laundry. They always do a fantastic job at it and finish it on time. I usually pick it up Sunday night, and they are already familiar with that routine.
I have been a customer of this laundry shop for quite some time now. I have always been satisfied. They are not cheap like others, but it's worth it.
I wouldn’t give any stars if that was possible. Slow, bad service, and bad dry cleaning skills.nI dropped my sweater off at this location and they ruined it. It was totally fine before I dropped off and it had no problems until then. When I went to pick it up, they made a hole so I requested a refund but they denied that it was their fault and didn’t give me a refund or anything. No refund, no resolution, nothing. I don’t even understand how they maintain their business with such service and attitudes.nI will not return or recommend to friends and family.
