I am a repeat customer of Rob’s. A few years ago, he cleaned a Persian rug that has great sentimental value to me. He’s trustworthy, professional, and really knows his stuff. He did excellent work! When I was needing my wall-to-wall carpet to be cleaned after my cat had been urinating on it for a couple of months, I knew exactly whom to call. Rob came out, pulled up the carpet, and took it to his shop. They soaked it, squeegeed the urine out of it (over and over again), dried it, and put a decontaminant on it. He even took the time to send me pictures and video of them working on it. They also sealed up the floor underneath so the urine smell won’t seep up into the new carpet pad. My carpet looks brand new! Rob and his team are awesome! I will use no one else when it comes to my carpet!
I love MaxCare!!! They always do excellent work. I had some new carpet laid and within 12 months my 3 y/o managed to dump big sister’s makeup on the carpet and then she colored on the carpet. MaxCare came in a very timely manner and took care of both problems. MaxCare cares about their work. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I never have to think anymore about who to hire for carpet cleaning. I call MaxCare!!!
I couldn't be more pleased with the job MaxCare did on my area rug. It was fairly new and, apparently, my cats felt it necessary to baptize it with their pee. MaxCare got rid of the odor and the rug looks great. If the need arises again I would definitely use them.
MaxCare is our go to when we need help after a flood or plumbing issue!! They have also saved carpet that we would have had to replace if they were not able to get the stains out. They are very friendly, professional and are very good at what they do! MaxCare is also really good at communicating with residents and our staff.
Carpet looks amazing and my house smells amazing!! Will be using their services again!
