I really like the unlimited wash package! I do delivery and get road grime, gravel dust, bug juice, etc on my car from driving everywhere. it's a big help to me to be able to come in when I need to and get it all cleaned up! it's a good deal for the price!

Great washers, my truck was sparkling after a lake trip was washed off.

I went through this car wash on Monday. I drive a Retro ‘85 Nissan Sentra with a shiny bright red paint job. It was my first time taking it through a car wash and I was super excited to see it glisten. I got the mid tier wash. Instead of a nice shine to the car, I was met with a dull, white, waxy substance sprayed all over my car’s hood, roof, trunk and side panels. You could see where the car was blasted with wax and where it dripped down the sides. And of course they dry and red light your car at the end, so this substance was baked on. I went back through and told them my issue, and instead of taking a good look, they rushed me back through with the same wash, coating the car yet again. I told them it was still there and the second wash did nothing so they sent me through, again, with just a basic wash. When this third treatment didn’t work, one of the workers had me pull to the side and took an insurance quote. The company emailed me yesterday saying that because the car is more than 5 years old and had a “bad” paint job, they aren’t holding themselves liable for my damage. I took my car to get it buffed out, was charged $250, and it still didn’t come out. So now I’m looking at a whole new paint job. A $14 car wash turned into a $1000+ job. Not only did I get bad customer service from the employees, trying to explain my issue and just being pushed back through, but the company is refusing to take responsibility for ruining my paint job. What kind of business is allowed to just say, “Oh your car is older than 5 so we aren’t responsible”? They need to be held accountable. DO NOT GO HERE! Having children, the vacuums are definitely the selling point. I've used self service car washes and the vacuums don't get anything out. Having a new car, it is important to me to keep it looking new, even as it ages, and my car still looks great. Thank you
