My wife and I are on our third year with Belcastle apartments. We have had a great relationship with this team. The grounds and the apartments are kept up to the highest standards, one thing is for sure, our experience here has been very pleasant and rest assured the team here has been very responsive to any issues or requests we have made, and have taken care of each and every one in fact I would have to say they have gone above and beyond.

Belcastle management is GREAT to work with. The apartments are great quality at a reasonable price. Any problems or issues are addressed nearly immediately and they are just a phone call away, whether it be a maintenance issue or other sort of issue. The pool is a great plus as well as the work out room. Best management company I've rented with hands down!

Well maintained, lovely grounds, clean quiet building, at a great price. These are the nicest and best valued apartments in Bismarck

When I relocated to Bismarck from Austin I spent several weeks researching condos and apartment buildings. After viewing the Boulder Apartments unit in person, I decided to look no further. I'm pleased with the decision. The building is new and clean, with everything I need and nothing I don't need. The floor plan suits me. A work order to replace smoke alarm batteries was taken care of right away. I feel comfortable and safe here.

Clean, quiet, well maintained beautiful properties. Management works very hard in immediately resolving any issue that may arise.
