I love living here, i love our landlord, i love the Secretary. There has not been one bad thing that has ever happened to me in these apartments. Such a wonderful place to live.

Building was built a while ago, but is very well insulated , you can't hear your neighbors farting or anything close to it. I think that is the most important aspect of living there. Staff is friendly, and maintenance gets done fairly fast, even faster if you have a pretty face and are shapely. They let you shovel snow and fix minor things without charging you. They even evict felons for you even though I know one of them had been a very helpful renter in helping many other renters with problems that the staff couldn't get to right away. So over all good place to stay.

The laundromat sucks. The washers reak making your clothes stink. There are only 12 dryers for 300+ residents. Two or three dryers are usually broken and the rest don't really get your clothes dry anyway. I ended up investing in a drying rack and a fan because I'm tired of my clothes being wet even after I paid money to have them dried.

Its a good start if you are a struggling college student.
