Deacent spot for a great price. I see people complaining about stuff. But really all you have to do is call Na they will work with you on any issues.nProbably not for snooty luxury type people. If your a real Karren, go pay more for less.

This is a side buisness for day care. They don't know what they are doing and don't put allot of into the buisness. Stay away, its not worth the savings for the underpriced apartments.

Previous tenant from 2016 to 2017; did not receive security deposit back after meeting all checklist requirements. First week of moving in consisted of a broken sink dispenser, fridge, and hardware. The washer broke 3 months later and the repair technician refused to come after the property manager refused to pay him. Had to call the manager to pay the technician before the washer was repaired. Overall, these people are shady and impulsive liars, rent elsewhere.
