Carol is excellent and thorough realtor. We chose Carol to sell our home after interviewing several other realtors. It was a very smart decision as she got it sold the first day it was on the market. She is a good encourager and kept us on track while we painted and prepared for selling. Her skills were evident in all of the ins and outs of selling realty. And she did this during the Covid-19 pandemic!!

Dakota Carol Simonson was amazing with her dealing with the sale of my father's home. She was aware of his declining health a year ago and reached out to my brother and me to ask if she could assist with getting all the vital documents and paper work in place should the day ever arrive. The day came sooner than we could have imagined and being hundreds of miles away she took on the entire endeavor beyond anyone's expectations. It sold and closed like a dream. We owe our sanity and joy to Carol. She is the best. All heart first, business second. Thank you Carol!! Doug and Brian.
