This museum brings back so many wonderful childhood memories. One of the best museums I have been in. I have also visited Smithoneon Museum. I love history of my town and our country.
Our daughter had a wedding here this October and it was lovely! The staff was so helpful and friendly and the venue was just the perfect thing.
The history here is something to cherish forever
My visit to this historic mansion in Mexico, Missouri takes me back to a grander times of the antebellum South. The displays are excellent and the docents very knowledgeable and helpful. Having visited the Museum at other times, I was delighted to see the addition of the Chapel in the back. A bust of former Governor Christopher “Kit” Bond is a prominent figure at the front of this former grand residence now Museum. I wonderful stop to make when visiting Audrain County Missouri.
